sun light delight

What a beautiful day it was today - if I hadn't had to do pesky work it would have been a perfect day but hey ho. 2nd last day before I finish up for maternity leave so I won't complain too much.

After months of Arlo getting up anywhere around the clock from 5am to 6.45am (but no later. Not a second later...) I had to wake him up this morning at 7.20am for nursery. His face was all smooshed into his pillow and I got a good flash forward image of him as a teenager in years to come.

After a quick breakfast we wandered through the park to nursery, chatting about birds and frost and ice and what not. A lovely start to the day.

Now, as I sit here I can see his red bobble hat bobbling around as Bry balances his him on his shoulders whilst grappling with his scooter, so I better finish up and get off this computer before it gets taken off me and Yo Gabba Gabba clips take over! Have a lovely weekend! x x x
