Berries

Was outside during the first sunny bit we've had in a while today, but by the time I went back in to get my camera, it was cloudy again. Instead of the building I wanted to shoot, I played around with depth of field on these berry things instead. I'm hoping going back to basics will give me new ideas.

In other news, I am thinking of buying a cheap point and shoot for times when an SLR isn't convenient. Does anyone know if CR-V3s can be substituted for AAs in an average 2 AA point and shoot?
