Grrrrrrr

Following on from my recent mention of the dog-poo-in-trees phenomenon and the revelation that it doesn't just happen in north-east Hampshire, I feel the need to highlight fly tipping. What sort of idiot would dump a fridge (not to mention the other stuff) in a beautiful woodland, particularly when it would have taken at least as much effort, probably more, to have got it to this location than to have gone to the refuse tip?!

I just had to get that off my chest. I very nearly blipped Basil again but put him here instead.

Well, it was a drizzly walk around Chapel Common this morning but there were lots of nice dog walkers about and I'm pleased to report that we can now walk past the Shetland cattle, who were right on the path today, without the dogs uttering even a single bark. I was also given a tip-off by a gentleman regarding the whereabouts of a young stag who he thought I might like to try and photograph, so I'll be keeping my eyes peeled when I'm next there.

PS - Catching up on my commenting over the weekend.
