I Came, I Saw, iPlayer

I love the media. Be it television, radio, newspapers, magazines, books, or the new media of the internet, I spend most of my time consuming and producing media.

I am currently on a college course, with the idea that I may eventually work in television. This may never come to fruition, as even with qualifications, the media is hard to get into. I am loving the course though, and am meeting some lovely, lovely people.

When I applied to the course, most people commented about it being a drastic change from Primary Education. But I switched to Education after cancelling my place doing Advertising, which I'd really been looking forward to. I've been involved in student radio, amateur magazines, I've written stories and poems and articles... I've created quizzes and games and show ideas since I was a kid. How can people still not think of me as a media person?

Maybe now they'll learn...
