Waxing Gibbous 82%
It's a cold clear night tonight, though what with the light pollution in London it's all but impossible to see stars. At least the moon looks gorgeous.
To think that mankind has stood on the surface of moon, so very far away, is mind-numbing to me, and I hope that one day we can explore further from Earth.
According to my brilliant 'Star Walk' iPad app the moon is 'Waxing Gibbous (82%)' tonight, which means that it will be full on the 20th March.
In other words, best lock up anyone with hairy palms this weekend! :)
