Friends

This statue/sculpture was commissioned by our local council and plonked some 300 yards out to sea. It is of a boy and a girl holding hands looking out to sea for something or somebody perhaps or maybe it is a welcoming sight for returning seafarers. At first I thought mmmmm? but it has grown on me a little. The amazing thing is that to date it has not be vandalised!!!
