Day After Pancake Day

So really this was supposed to be my blip yesterday, but the photo I made did not turn out well, so I gave it another try today. For the ones who do not know pancake day, check wikipedia.
I had one pancake with sugar & lemon as a dessert. Never had it with lemon before, which amazed my housemates and colleagues, so I gave it a try and I quite liked it :)
