A LOT

There are 2128 Starlings in this photograph, I counted them, but a mere fraction of the total which swarmed above our heads this evening before shooting into the roost.

And this is my only choice of a blip because, as I was about to leave the office, late anyway, the telephone rang and it was for me. So I took my coat off, started up my computer again, and got back to work. What fun, of course I'd nothing better to do. It would have been nice if I'd at least got a thank you for it.
