This is the follow-up of yesterday's blip.

Finally a bit of sun today but temp around 6º C.

Can't help thinking of Japan. Now they have snow and no heating to add to the worries of the bubbling cauldron of radioactivity. There is no fuel to run vehicles for evacuation. What to do?
