Farm Trip

James's class went on a school trip to a farm today and I, with a number of other parents, went along. It was great if a little cold!

They went to a 'proper' farm not one of these urban farms with more playgrounds than animals. All the children had a whale of a time... they fed the pigs, collected eggs from the hens coup, saw a baby calf which had been born earlier on in the day and watched a group of sheep come running when the farmer called and told them he was dropping some food. As you can see that's my shot today... all in a row munching away!
