Hooray!

Got my stitches out yesterday!

Impressed with the results! Hosanna!
Redness will obviously disappear and until it does I will be religiously using a combination of polyfax and bio oil.

Not the best quality photograph I know but its quite hard with poor lighting, trying to get a photo without shadows of basically the back left hand side of your calf.

I also back blipped for yesterday. I took the photo but couldn't be bothered uploading etcetc
