baby shoes...

inspired by this lovely journal I decided to look through Izzy's baby things! We found her first ever baby grow and all of her shoes!
The white ones are her first ever shoes which she also wore to her naming day......on her naming day we asked everyone not to bring presents and spend money but to bring something to go in a time capsule that Izzy will be given when she is 18! We were given receipts from shopping, happy 18th birthday presents, coins from 2008, take away menus, number one single and dvd from the day she was born, photos of our home and surrounding areas, bottles of wine from 2008 I could go on we got so many lovely things that will be fun to look at when she is 18! We also asked people to pledge their promises to Izzy by writing them down and I found them today also, so lovely to read through them........but also a shame to realise some people already have not kept to their promises.........but on a happy note alot of people have! Isn't it true that the people you don't expect to be there for you usually are.
