This was from The Scandinavian Cookbook we got from the Danish cousins just over a year ago - the book suggests that this dish is 'best as a Sunday lunch or as a hangover cure after a long night out'. However since it is midweek and in Lent neither condition seemed to apply.

Still tasted good.
