busy day at work - even if it wasn't as productive as hoped!

College was useful as I spent the time doing all my lighting diagrams - just need to do the write up now! I took 5 mins to pop through and steal a couple of shots of other people's set ups - this was out of a choice of 2 but I think I'll try the record one again next week with different lights if K brings them in again...

Right - must get on and do my workout - 2nd fit test was yesterday and there was some improvement :-) shame the six pack isn't showing any signs of appearing though!
