Two-tone Render

Slowly but surely the rendered 'belt' around the house is being defined.

Today Dean, aided and abetted by James, lovingly applied render to the lower ground floor polishing and checking, checking and more polishing until it satisfied his very high standards.

Just for a moment, the fresh dark render highlights the now-dry paler render of the 'belt'.

Eventually the 'belt' will be painted white.
