As we're heading back up north tomorrow, we popped over to have tea with Ms B and what did we find? Bella felling a bit off colour and Mr Blogs lying, on the sofa, wrapped in a duvet, in front of the TV watching Cash in the Attic, as sure sign that he wasn't up to scratch either.

So it was a light meal and a game for the 'little 'un' and a starvation diet for her dad, although he did managed to nibble on some pasta followed by some frangipane tart just to keep his strength up.
