Lucy greets our friend Tony outside his and girlfriend Caroline's brilliant apartment in Vancouver.

I'd forgotten how green a city can be after spending so much time in the concrete jungle of Gwangju. The neighbourhood is really interesting, all trees and wacky architecture.

The weather is drizzly, the beer is expensive, but still we're in heaven in this great part of the world.
