Shrove Tuesday...

I didnt realise until my son Kieran told Eric and I on Sunday that it was Shrove Tuesday today. I never remember when it is, I dont know why, its not just me its Eric to who doesnt know when it is.

Anyway we had two pancakes each for tea, I love the thought of them, they really make my mouth water, but I can only manage one of them, as the taste begins to taste sickley to me.

I hate this as you only have them once a year... well we do, and I wish I could eat two, not because I am a piggy wig either, haha.

I must say it was very, very delicious though, I had them with with Lemon Jif and Sugar...
