The World's Smallest Hotel

The 'Hochzeitshaus' ('wedding house') is probaply the world's smallest hotel. It's near the city centre of Bremen, and has been used as a so called wedding house for centuries. Bremen used to be a bishop's see, and couples from the county side, who wanted to get married at the cathedral, needed a place to stay in town.

Today it's a hotel for two persons, with a bedroom upstairs and a dining room downstairs. The house is situated in the Schnoor, the oldest part of Bremen.
