High Tea?

Dinner tonight was at "Atmosphere" at the Burj Kalifa with customers.

Started with

Aged 36 months Parmesan Risotto
Peas, shaved radish and chervil velout

Main
Rangers Valley Tenderloin

Desert (pictured)
122 Sphere
Chocolate mousse, espresso cream,
pecans and vanilla ice cream

And yes...that is gold leaf on my desert. I am advised "it just passes straight through".....

I think this ranks as one of the best meals I've had (and certainly in the top 2 or 3 most expensive!)
