The silent marina
I had meant to get a photo earlier today, but just as I went outside I happened to glance at the time and see I was running late for my lecture! Oops!
It has been a rainy day in Dunedin, which I like. Rain is so peaceful! It also gave me a good excuse to abandon the library of sniffers (the "fresher flu") and snuggle up in bed with my textbooks and a hot coffee. :)
After afternoon lectures and an invigorating gym session and a tramping club meeting and dinner (phew) I rode home via the harbour marina to the little bay by my old school's rowing shed.
Ah, so many memories! I always loved the way it looked so tranquil in the dark (though it was morning dark when I was there), with the masts bobbing happily and the calm glassy water.
The shot isn't great but it was nice being there.
