Weird day

Today is steak and BJ day apparently, but my day was much more challenging. Woke up every few minutes in the night with raging pain in my swollen left elbow. It was squash induced from the day before, but had filled up with fluid and was causing me agony. Got up, went to work, then spent the afternoon in a & e making sure it wasn't broken. Turns out I have a bursitis or tennis elbow. Nothing life threatening but very painful nonetheless.

Declared myself fit enough to watch Primal Scream in Leeds tonight though, it was good, apart from the small minority of cringeworthy elderly men behaving like they were in their 1991 prime. Needless to say I had the last laugh.
