Planning..

This Saturday will be the day when the moon will be at its closest point to the earth for some 20 years and will therefore be around 30% larger than it is usually seen. The best place to capture such an event is somewhere without light pollution from towns and cities so I am planning a trip to the Isle of Skye to, weather willing, capture the light of the moon shining onto a Scottish Loch as it peeks over the mountains.

Dear BBC weather, don't bloody well let me down this time!
