up at 4:30 am... crazy business this yoga!

Mysore practice first and a 3 hour adjustment workshop but it was well worth it!

Great weekend.

In many ways this isn't a great photo but it seems very familiar to me and sums up today, this weekend somehow.

Now I feel like it's the middle of the night.
