Jelly Beans - No nutritional value whatsoever.

Work colleague has returned from Florida with 'candy' for us. Unfortunately I had eaten a generous handful of these sugary gems before I was informed that each bean has approx the same calorific value as a chocolate bar. Well, not quite, I exaggerate slightly but I ate loads of these today and have returned home very perky but with very furry teeth. Must eat broccoli to cancel it all out.
