L - Lamayo
A typical breakfast in our town is this, Lamayo. Fresh fish, split lengthwise and air dried for a bit and then fried to a crisp. Usually served with fried eggs, pickled papaya, bas-uy soup and garlic rice topped with kal-kag (dried baby shrimp).
