In the spotlight

(Octopush) U23 Great Britain selections today and tomorrow. SCARY! 5hrs in the pool then a 3hrs+ analysis and debrief. Tired.

They work really hard on fitness and set plays, which meant lots of complicated drills etc. Really nice to be home in Sheffield :)

Guess the body part :P

(And yes, this is still written on in PERMANENT marker :S)
