The Beast

Friday was a great day:

the beast finally arrived to take the place of my previous watch and I'm chuffed - there's no way I'll miss my time on this whilst I'm swimming, cycling or running.

And I think I've already sold the old watch on.

And I found out Zappa Plays Zappa are coming back to Edinburgh in November.

And we went to Nando's.

Yes, Friday was a great day.
