Tie-ga.
Kate has produced a family tree as part of a school project. She has drawn on the collective expertise of parents and grandparents in compiling a document that covers the generations back into the 19th century, and there was enough work in that short time to fill several pages. Quite an undertaking.
This tiger sat on top of my paternal grandmother's (1907-2002, according to Kate's meticulous record) piano in Hamilton for years and was a source of fascination to me as a child. It now sits on top of a book case in my house.
Easy, Tiger.
