Hospital bed

Long long day at work, whilst on one of my many visits to the hospital, I was peeking out of the first floor window to one of the wards and I saw this in the court yard.
I've heard that sometimes when it's busy you can be put in the hallway to wait for a space but this is ridiculous , I don't think there was a body underneath the moss and plant life but you never know!
