When did the time stop?

My dad's row boat has been turned upside down and laying on the ground for years now - I thought this is probably the anchor that's hanging in the tree. Not sure, could be somebody else's, too.

The time has stopped also for this tiny little local boat haven and swimming spot for the winter. The little bathing booth, still surrounded with snow was all wrinkled, one pair of forgotten swimming pants were left hanging from a nail that served as a hook. I couldn't see fresh tracks on the ice so decided not to go either as I saw some water on the ice already. The sun was bright against the snow, like it is in the early spring.
