Smell the Garlic!

I have the weekly food shop delivered on a Tuesday, so Monday's meal can be a hit and miss affair.

Found a courgette lurking at the back of the fridge so fried it with some garlic olive oil.

Put this together with leftover roast chicken,a couple of Yorkshire puddings and some sweetcorn;mashed some potatoes and voila!

Nicely full now, just waiting for pixel to bring me a cup of tea!
