Day of Two Halves

A day on the work party rubbing down the work boats. Afterwards the sun actually came out and Robin wasted no time in getting the anti-fouling on. As you could say, what Robin doesn't know about diesels and boat mechanics probably isn't worth knowing. He worked on the steering gear of the Britannia when he was a young apprentice down at Brown Brothers. That was sixty years ago now. It was good to talk to him when yesterday's events were still so clear in my mind.
Later took in a visit to Maw and saw the plucky Scots coming second again. Bring on the Italians, they're for a doing!
