sweet!
I have been given by my friends a praline making course for my birthday, today was the sweet day :)
It was held in a tiny and cozy organic chocolate manufactury with only a couple of people and a sweet teacher from which one could feel that she 'lives' for chocolate, much chocolate to lick off the fingers and many solid facts and tricks for the future how-to.
Now at home with a head full of ideas and a tummy desiring bread and salt!
I'm totally not able to chose a single photo, guess it's another thing to learn.
