Prep, prep, prep II

Last time I wrote that it was the day before the wedding that I was photographing.
Today it's the night before the popstrami shop.

We have:
prepared, brined and smoked 40kg of beef
made half sour pickles
made bunting, aprons and an appropriate music selection
had friends round
had dinner out
cleaned, cleaned and cleaned (including the oven)
been to a catering supplies shop

... and so much more.

I really, really need to sleep now.
