A step forward.

For me anyway in my bird photography journey.
I took several of this little chap/chapette as he/she sat on this wonky birdbox. I even got one of him inside the box poking his nose out but this was the clearest of them all as I was inside my dad's house. The bird was understandably very wary of me and flew away as soon as it spotted me and wouldn't come back when I went outside to get a clearer shot. I've still got a long way to go to reach the standards of the wonderful bird photographers on here but I'm pleased with my first attempt with my little point and shoot.
