Profiteroles

The quality of this blip is rubbish. But it's a photo of a photo in a newspaper.

Since I have given up bread for Lent I have become obsessed with filling foods. I love bread and would snack on it through the day.

Looking through some recipes I found this one for profiteroles. I don't like cream and this one is made with vanilla custard. Result!
