Offer Accepted

Finally, over three years since we first asked, we have had an offer accepted on the old village Rectory. Not that it is old, 1970's so not your typical village Rectory, this is a bland box which as Alfie says 'smells of breakfast'. It has been empty for 3 years, is known to flood and will take us years to get right but it is a huge opportunity to finally get the things we cannot get in our current house. If I am honest it is a bit of a scary proposition, our current house is fantastic but the planning and space restrictions mean we have outgrown it...

We've had a lot of support from folks, especially in the last three or four weeks as the bidding has intensified, thanks to all of you.
