corrosion

There is another website where I upload images. A kind of challenge was laid down suggesting photographs of rusty corroded subjects. So today I went looking for such subjects.

At the working end of Portree pier I was rewarded with many corroding chains and shackles. The ones in this blip are scheduled for removal to the dump unless someone claims them. An unlikely option I think. If it is no longer usable who is going to claim it.

Well, this is very different from my usual landscapes so I am wondering whether it will get any viewings at all. Surprise me!
