Camping 101

The University of Canterbury's response to teaching spaces while its buildings are being thoroughly checked - a tented city of lecture theatres. Progressive Restart begins Monday and I've been busy working with a great team to sort the general staff support for the academics and students when we start on Monday. Tents have technology and are all safety compliant with fire alarms etc.

Amazing what people can do in a short space of time if they put their minds and hearts into it.

(I was surprised to see this come up as taken on Saturday, forgot it was the weekend!)

Later: this is why we are using tents for a few weeks even though the buildings look fine. When your kids are there (as two of mine are) you are relieved at the strenuous checks.
