Electric Pee

This blip is of a statue by David Cerný. There is two men peeing, and they move in two dimensions (hips swivel, penis up and down). We stumbled upon them so didn't know any information about the sculpture. I guess they used to be electronically controlled and would write quotes from famous residents of Prague. And you could send them SMS messages, which they would write out. I'm not sure if they are broken, or more likely just turned off for the winter!
