Up Close

The one and only Raggy, or as I like to call him, 'the Ragster'. I was out photographing other birds and as usual Raggy sat on the grass close by as if to say 'I've been waiting here for ages on my mealworms! Where have you been?'

Mumbling an apology I succumbed to his Blackbird charm and went and got some and put them in the ceramic bowl on the grass. He didn't bother at all with me only a few feet away and he even approached me so close I couldn't get him in focus on my zoom lens!
