Chocolate cake

It's that time again when I admit the fact I'm a year older and bake some cakes. This is just to prove (to my work colleagues) that I do use mayonnaise in my chocolate cake.

10oz SR flour
8oz caster sugar
1.5 tsp baking powder
1tsp vanilla essence
7oz mayonnaise
4 tbsp cocoa powder
8 fl oz of boiling water

bung together mix and cook.

Shove in well greased and lined cake tins (2 x 7in round)
Cook at 350F/190C for ~30mins
Leave cake to cool in tin before turning out. Fill with whipped cream and dust top with icing sugar.
