The Durham Plate

This is my only Spode plate, a gift quite a while ago. The design was inspired by the remaining decorated pages of the 8th century Northumbrian Gospel manuscript.
This morning my Bible reading was from Exodus and I was impressed by the way the skilled craftsmen made beautiful items for the glory of God, even in difficult circumstances. So what sort of beautiful offerings are appropriate today?
