Going home

We've had a lovely time in Edinburgh. The flat is all spruced up and new tenants have been found. We've had a lovely time meeting up with old friends and going on lovely walks. Now we're on our way home.

Tonight we're staying with Alfie (in this photo). We haven't seen him since Christmas and he is no longer a tiny puppy. In fact he's bigger than me and he's only 6 months old so he's still got a lot of growing to do. I went for a little walk with him when I arrived here. Now we're both being very well behaved dogs and are flopped down at opposite ends of the kitchen.

I'm hoping I can go on another walk with him tomorrow morning before we go back to Cornwall.
