Household Items 02

Now what have I started? I honestly didn't set out to start a guessing game, in fact I didn't even ask yesterday, for identification of what my shot was a portrayal of. Looks like a few of you couldn't resist a challenge though and some got it right, first go.

Today I have shot another little detail from around the house. The clue is : Kitchen. What amused me was the way the strong sunlight cast a shadow which seemed to be floating in mid air.

And the answer to No.1..... A saucepan Handle. Well done all of you eagle eyed ones.
