The first piece of sweetcorn

Went out to feed the chooks this morning and there was mum with all three chicks out on the grass. She is very good with them, takes them for a little exploring then sits down so that they can get their breath and settle under her.

This little darling fancied trying the sweetcorn (a treat they get twice a day). You could actually work out that mum was telling them that it was slightly too big, but she eventually got hold of it and broke it up for them to share.

They will now grow really fast. I will try not to bore you too much with them everyday.
