Way down in the hole

The second longdrop I have dug since the earthquake for me and the boys. Don't worry, it's still virgin ;)
It's only about three and a half feet deep as that's about as far as it takes till I hit water. No wonder liquefaction has been such a problem in this part of Christchurch. Hopefully a violent aftershock doesn't hit while the longdrop is in use or we may end up atop a geyser.
