Muffins

These are no ordinary muffins. These are Plankos handmade blueberry muffins and raspberry cheesecake muffins!

As is tradition in our office, people usually bring in cakes for birthdays and leaving, so I thought I'd bring them in today as tomorrow (and night) I will be over indulging. The diet is most certainly off the menu

Pesky Princess was supposed to be helping me make these, but she came home from school feeling unwell and went to bed, so #1 son stepped in and helped. He was an eggcellent assistant.

Tried that cheffy trick of using squares of baking paper instead of cases for the blueberry muffins. Works well, but I need to make sure I don't spill any mixture on the paper in future (hence the splodges you can see).

The Monster works really well!
