Oxalis Crown

Was working at my garden allotment today and a little girl and her mother came walking by. As the mom was making an Oxalis crown for her, the young girl asked if she could help me. I was just about to plant potatoes, so I said for sure. She was so excited, that at the end of planting three rows, she couldn't help but take one quartered potato and plant it in the corner saying it was hers. The mom and girl don't live SF and are leaving for Europe soon, but she said she wants to come back and see if her potato grows....kids are so precious, it made my day at the garden very special.
